Emotional　information　recognition　is　an　important　application　in　the　field　of　artificial　intelligence.　This　paper　analyzes　the　existing　speech　emotion　recognition　system,　based　on　the　improved　neural　network　strategy　to　improve　the　accuracy　of　speech　emotion　recognition,　through　the　combination　of　convolution　neural　network　(CNN)　and　long-term　and　short-term　neural　network　(LSTM),　the　emotional　data　information　is　successfully　recognized,　and　the　better　accuracy　is　obtained.　©　Published　under　licence　by　IOP　Publishing　Ltd.
