Abstract:
Space-Time Digital Holography enhances resolution and Field-of-View by exploiting a synthetic aperture principle. We show that reversible induced dehydration of plant cells improves the phase-contrast too, and allows observing cytoplasmic circulation from space-time digital holograms. © OSA 2020
