Abstract:
本文旨在通过采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,构建适用于我国房地产企业的债务违约风险评价模型,为金融机构 进行贷前审查、额度测算、贷后监控等提供常态化支持,为贷款风险防控路径提供依据。
