Abstract:
循环荷载下高强度螺栓摩擦型连接的摩擦系数可能发生变化.改变栓杆直径和孔形,开展了4组共12个高强度螺栓长圆孔连接试件的循环加载试验.结果表明:改变螺栓直径或孔形对轧制表面直接接触的摩擦系数影响较小;提高螺栓直径时,螺帽通过垫片与轧制表面接触的摩擦系数有较大比例的降低;采用大螺栓孔时,轧制表面间垫设紫铜片的接触面摩擦系数有一定幅度的提高.
