Abstract:

This study uses system dynamics (SD) to establish an SD model that can take into account the impact of policy, the growth of EV mileage and consumer interest, in order to predict the development of the EV industry and charging infrastructure demand. The research takes Beijing to simulate the model, a city that is leading to the development of electric vehicles. Research shows with strengthened support for charging and swapping compatible taxis, Beijing can complete its goal of replacing all-electric vehicles with fast-swap batteries and fast-charging functions within three years. © 8th International Symposium on Project Management, ISPM 2020.
