Abstract:
通过调研了解高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育和工作现状,着重从感召力、前瞻力、影响力、决断力、控制力五个角度分析探索“双带头人”教师党支部书记选育工作方式方法和现状短板,并尝试在顶层设计、选优配强、培养教育、激励保障、管理监督、示范带动等方面探索有效机制。
