Abstract:
With the rapid development of implantable medical devices, traditional battery power sources can no longer meet their power supply demands. Utilizing ultrasound-driven triboelectric nanogenerators (USD-TENG) for wireless energy transmission can provide them with sustainable electrical energy, offering broad application prospects. This paper proposes an adaptive nanoequivalent circuit optimization algorithm to design the equivalent circuit of USD-TENG, and based on this, designs the subsequent power management circuit, achieving a stable voltage supply of 1.8V. This technology provides a technical solution for wireless power supply circuits in implantable medical devices. © 2023 IEEE.
