Abstract:
To find the relationship between macro and micro performance of cement concrete, an experiment for testing indoor durability of cement concrete was designed. It simulated the comprehensive effects of multiple deterioration elements in a natural environment. There are four deterioration factors that are usually borne by transportation infrastructure: dry and wet cycling, chlorine salt erosion, carbonization, and freeze and thaw cycling. The micro and macro performance indexes were tested separately, the term of relative change rate was put forward and the calculation method for the index of the relative change rate was given. Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), normalization and grey correlation theory, the degree of association between micro and macro performance, and the influence weight of pore structure on macro performance, were calculated. Finally, a quantitative relation model was established between macro performance change and micro pore structure performance change. The variability in macro performance of concrete can be calculated from the variable quantity of micro parameters according to the model. © 2015, Editorial Department of Journal of HEU.
