Abstract:

聚合物太阳电池制备工艺简单、重量轻、可制备大面积柔性器件,易于进行分子水平上的设计剪裁等优点,得到了学术界和产业界的广泛关注。但是,受限于聚合物材料低的载流子迁移率,聚合物太阳电池光敏层的厚度通常较薄,如何在不增加厚度的条件下提高光敏层对太阳光的吸收,一直是近年来的研究热点。
