Abstract:
高校新入职教师面临着角色转变、业务掌握和环境适应三大挑战,同时也为二级学院的管理带来诸多问题。北京工业大学经管学院利用新入职教师在年龄、心理、学习方面所具备的优势,对新入职教师的管理路径进行了创新性探索。
