Abstract:

进入21世纪以来,我国公办高校先后实施了岗位绩效工资制度和业绩绩效工资制度改革,但改革的身份逻辑悖论和评价之困影响了改革效果,限制了绩效工资制度的激励功能.要突破改革困境,一方面,要超越将身份与绩效对立起来的传统改革思路;另一方面,要改革当前以量化考核为主的绩效评价方式,在教师与评价者之间建立平等伙伴关系,还要构建基于契约的绩效工资制度.
