Abstract:

A calculation method of an air-to-air thermosyphon heat exchanger was reported in this paper. The face velocity, number of rows and inclination angle of heat exchanger were tested and studied in an air enthalpy type psychrometric calorimeter including indoor and outdoor chambers. The error of the calculation method and experimental data was within 15%. Thus, the calculation method can be applied in engineering design of the air-to-air thermosyphon heat exchanger. ©, 2014, Chemical Industry Press. All right reserved.
