Abstract:

In this paper, Based on the experimental results of shear fracture tests of sintered silver joints, the finite element analysis of cracking and crack. propagation of sintered silver joints was carried out by using the cohesive zone model (CZM) and numerical calculation method. Through reverse analysis and experiments, bilinear cohesive zone model is adopted to simulate sintered silver joint failure, which could provide a theoretical guidance for reliability design of SiC power module.
