Abstract:
有机光伏器件作为一类新型的光电转换器件,近年来成为光伏领域的研究热点。优异的光电转换过程是其获得高能量转换效率的根本,而与光电转换过程密切相关的光吸收、激子的产生、激子的解离、电荷的传输和收集过程,均与材料的化学结构、活性层的堆积形貌、光伏器件的结构等密切相关[1]。
