Abstract:

This paper reviewed recent results on scandate cathode developed in our group, especially on the surface analysis of cathode surface and the role of active substance in the cathode. We confirmed the formation of Ba-Sc-O active layer on the scandate cathode by high temperature in-situ TEM observation.  © 2024 IEEE.
