Abstract:
报道了一种高光束质量的二极管侧面泵浦Nd:YAG腔内倍频激光器.采用凹面Nd:YAG晶体棒补偿激光器热透镜效应,通过测量激光模块热焦距设计双凸腔控制基频光光束质量,利用声光Q开关对激光器振荡进行调制和Ⅱ类临界相位匹配硼酸锂(LBO)非线性晶体进行倍频.在泵浦电流为 21 A、重复频率为 9 kHz时,实现了最大平均功率为21.1 W、脉宽为 60 ns的绿光激光输出.在激光器最高输出功率时测量了绿光光束质量,光束质量Mx2×My2=1.33×1.36,并测量了激光器在1 h内输出功率稳定性波动<3%.
