Abstract:

一种无蓄能容积且喷射压力可调的高压燃油供给系统及控制方法,属于发动机领域,所述系统为无蓄能容积系统,包括油箱、低压油管、低压油泵、燃油滤清器、高压油泵、高压油管、喷油器,其中高压油泵入口处装有比例电磁阀与节流阀,比例电磁阀能够实现不同开度的调节,节流阀可以降低高压油泵入口阀门承受压降冲击的强度。本发明通过高压油管上压力传感器采集的信号,判断是否达到目标喷射压力,将高压油泵泵油过程分为两个阶段:泵油阶段Ⅰ、泵油阶段Ⅱ,所述泵油阶段Ⅰ为建压过程,泵油建压起始点受目标喷射压力等因素影响;所述泵油阶段Ⅱ为泵喷结合过程,调节阀门不同开度的大小,实现燃油喷射压力的可调以及泵喷结合过程中压力的稳定。
