Abstract:

一种基于UiO‑66‑F4固相萃取‑高效液相色谱分析室内灰尘中液晶单体的方法,属于分析测试方法技术领域。将UiO‑66‑F4填入空的固相萃取小柱中,两端用垫板压实,制成UiO‑66‑F4固相萃取小柱。室内灰尘中液晶单体的前处理采用超声法提取和固相萃取分离净化,处理后的液晶单体化合物经高效液相色谱法分析测定。该方法首次将UiO‑66‑F4用作固相萃取的吸附材料,富集分析室内灰尘中的一种新型污染物液晶单体。前处理过程简单,方法选择性好,检出限低,测定准确,精密度高。
