Abstract:
一种优化SLM成形NiFeMo软磁合金的矫顽力和饱和磁感应强度的方法涉及激光增材制造技术和软磁材料领域。本发明通过添加0.1~2.0wt.%Cu元素粉末原位合金化调控SLM成形NiFeMo合金的化学成分,Cu元素作为SLM成形过程熔体非自发形核的促进剂,在NiFeMo合金微观组织析出稳定纳米级的FCC软磁相,无需时效处理的情况下,有效降低合金的矫顽力和增加饱和磁感应强度。该技术通过精确调控NiFeMo软磁合金的化学成分,为高性能软磁材料的SLM制备提供一种高效、经济的解决方案。
