Abstract:

本发明提供了一种利用废弃锂电池制备电催化剂的方法和应用,方法包括:将废弃锂电池充分放电后,进行拆解,得到阴极粉末;向阴极粉末中加入硫酸溶液,进行搅拌,得到悬浊液;对悬浊液进行抽滤、洗涤、干燥,得到前驱体粉末;将前驱体粉末和硫脲放入管式炉中进行煅烧,得到金属硫化物;前驱体粉末和所述硫脲的质量比为1:4~1:6;向金属硫化物中加入蒸馏水,进行搅拌,抽滤、洗涤、干燥后得到电催化剂。本发明通过简单的酸浸、硫化煅烧和水浸制备出催化效果优异的电催化剂LiMn0.4Ni0.4Co0.2O2‑H‑ST,并将其应用于电化学领域,将PET塑料转化为高价值产品乙醇酸,实现了废弃物的资源化利用。
