Abstract:

本发明涉及结构振动控制技术领域,提供一种惯质和阻尼双重可调的半主动惯容阻尼器,其包括阻尼筒、活塞、旋转轴、飞轮和电磁组件,阻尼筒具有密封腔和导向腔,密封腔和导向通过连接通孔连通,密封腔内装填有磁流变液,导向腔远离密封腔的一侧设有导向开口;活塞通过导向开口活动设置于导向腔中;旋转轴具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,第一端与密封腔远离导向腔一侧的内壁连接,第二端穿过连接通孔通过滚珠丝杆副与活塞连接;飞轮上开设有环形安装腔;电磁组件设于环形安装腔,电磁组件包括多个电磁铁,多个电磁铁呈环形阵列设置于安装腔。本申请实现了阻尼器的惯质和阻尼系数双重可调,使阻尼器能够自适应调整,有效保障阻尼器的减振效果。
