Abstract:

一种提升硅化合物异质结太阳电池效率的方法,属于太阳能电池领域。将V:MoOX作为硅化合物异质结太阳电池入光面的空穴传输层,得到的器件从上到下依次设置为:金属Ag电极、ITO透明电极层、V:MoOX空穴传输层、i‑a‑Si:H层、n‑c‑Si层、i‑a‑Si:H层、n‑a‑Si:H层、ITO透明电极层、金属Ag电极。由于V:MoOX的宽带隙、高功函,可以减小太阳电池的寄生吸收和光损耗,并增大空穴传输层对空穴的选择性抽取能力,最终使得太阳电池的短路电流密度(JSC)、填充系数(FF)、开路电压(VOC)、转化效率(PCE)均有所提高。
