Abstract:

一种提高微合金化铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头力学性能的方法,属于有色金属技术领域。使用的高强铝合金的化学成分wt.%为:Cu:5.2~5.7%,Mn:0.4~0.8%,Cd:0.15~0.3%,Er:0.05~0.15%,Zr:0.05~0.15%,Ti:0.05~0.15%,Fe:<0.1%,其余为Al。将合金进行熔炼、均匀化、锻造、线切割、热处理得到焊接母材;然后进行搅拌摩擦焊焊接,焊后热处理参数为:175℃时效处理8h。得到高性能的搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头。本发明可实现对铝合金焊后接头软化问题有效控制,获得兼顾强度和延伸率的高质量铝合金焊接接头。
