Abstract:
一种用于阳极电催化析氢的氢溢流效应增强的Cu2O/Cu/Mn2O3催化剂制备方法,属于阳极电催化析氢技术领域。由约20nm Cu2O/Cu和30‑70nm Mn2O3纳米颗粒组成的三维纳米复合Cu2O/Cu/Mn2O3异质结构阳极析氢催化剂。通过水热法和光敏氧化处理技术制备了氢溢流效应增强的Cu2O/Cu/Mn2O3异质结构催化剂。此方法所得催化剂碱性甲醛溶液环境中实现低电压高电流密度下稳定阳极析氢,其作为阳极达到100mA cm‑2电流密度下仅需0.128V的电位,通过增强氢溢流效应可有效降低电催化析氢势垒,减少能耗,提升析氢效率和纯度。
