Abstract:

本发明涉及新型光学传感器领域,更具体地说,特别涉及一种简单金纳米光栅结构的折射率传感器及其制备方法。包括简单的金纳米光栅传感器、传感测试光路系统以及信号探测器。利用双光束干涉光刻结合溶液法制备金纳米光栅,所述金纳米光栅在横向磁偏振模式下能够激发局域表面等离激元共振。发现相比于单一局域表面等离激元共振信号、波导模式与局域表面等离激元耦合的信号,瑞利异常与局域表面等离激元耦合信号对环境折射率的变化表现出高灵敏的响应。所制备的结构简单的金纳米光栅折射率传感器具有卓越的响应灵敏度、良好的线性度、可调的响应范围,在生物传感、环境监测等方面具有良好的实用性和发展前景。
