Abstract:

本发明提供了基于扩散模型和多类特征的火焰燃烧状态识别方法及系统,通过利用去噪扩散概率模型生成虚拟火焰图像,所述去噪扩散概率模型包括正向扩散过程、逆向扩散过程和生成过程,所述逆向扩散过程通过Unet网络和反向传播算法实现;利用所述虚拟火焰图像扩充真实图像,得到建模图像,利用LeNet‑5模型提取所述建模图像的深度特征和物理特征,再将所述深度特征和所述物理特征融合,得到融合特征;利用所述融合特征构建基于深度森林分类的火焰状态识别模型,以实现火焰燃烧状态识别。本发明能够克服建模样本数量不足和特征表征不充分的难点,提高火焰燃烧状态识别的准确率。
