Abstract:

本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,具体涉及一种耐受高浓度纳米Fe3O4的厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥的培养方法。具体技术方案为:通过采用梯度驯化+控制终浓度+pH下调方式定向刺激血红素加氧酶基因,实现长期高浓度纳米Fe3O4存在下厌氧氨氧化系统的稳定运行。一方面利用厌氧氨氧化菌富含血红素特性,为血红素加氧酶介导的血红素降解代谢提供充足底物;另一方面利用Fe3O4自身特性,在低pH条件下其释放Fe(II)和Fe(III)。本发明解决了高浓度纳米Fe3O4对Anammox菌的长期生长抑制的问题,为Anammox系统处理含纳米材料废水的实际应用和推广创造了可能。
