Abstract:

一种基于一步激光法制造的双金属纳米/石墨烯复合材料的便携式传感器及应用属于电化学传感领域。本发明选择左氧氟沙星和加替沙星(GTX)作为研究对象,将便携式电极引入到电化学传感器中,以聚酰亚胺(PI)为柔性基底材料,通过一步激光法,将镍和钴的合金纳米颗粒引入到激光诱导石墨烯(LIG)中,合成NiCoNPs/LIG电极,结合电化学传感技术,构建了高灵敏、高选择性的检测左氧氟沙星和加替沙星传感器。该发明实现了左氧氟沙星和加替沙星含量的便携式分析检测。这一应用便携式元件来检测喹诺酮类抗生素和电化学传感器之间相互作用的方法,为即时分析领域检测喹诺酮类抗生素提供了新思路,拓宽了便携式元件的实际应用范围。
