Abstract:

一种GH4169合金表面高耐磨硼化物渗层的低温制备方法,属于耐磨材料制备技术领域。利用固体粉末包埋渗硼技术,通过调节渗硼剂(3%‑6%KFB4,10%ZrO2,余量为B4C),成功在800℃低温条件下在固溶态GH4169镍基高温合金表面制备了厚度约为8.2μm的高硬度、高耐磨硼化物渗层。相比传统的GH4169合金高温渗硼工艺相比,这种渗硼方法能够将合金热处理时效过程与渗硼过程相统一,避免了高温渗硼后的二次热处理工序;并显著提高了GH4169合金的耐磨特性。本发明渗层制备工艺简单,成本较低并且可以获得质量良好、结合牢固的硼化物渗层。
