Abstract:

一种深度学习和无迹卡尔曼滤波结合的冠状动脉精准分割方法,属于人工智能领域。本发明包括以下步骤:收集临床冠脉CTA数据制作训练集、验证集和测试集;对冠脉CTA图像进行重采样、窗宽窗位调整、Z‑score归一化、数据增强等预处理操作;基于Pytorch深度学习框架建立冠脉分割网络并进行训练;基于无迹卡尔曼滤波算法实现中断冠脉骨架的追踪,将估计的骨架点作为区域生长的种子点,实现中断冠脉修补;在冠脉测试集上对提出算法进行验证。本发明方法可以提高冠脉分割的准确性和连续性。
