Abstract:

本发明公开了一种相位编码式水平剪切波电磁声换能器,利用两种尺寸规格不同的永磁体按照特定的序列进行周期性排布,形成相位编码式偏置磁场,跑道线圈中通入与该相位编码式偏置磁场相匹配的相位编码信号,激励出经过相位调制的水平剪切波。通过对相位调制的水平剪切波进行脉冲压缩处理,获得宽频带,高幅值,窄脉冲特性的水平剪切波,使检测信号具有更高的信噪比和空间分辨率。基于所激励超声波具有的两侧波形相异特性,实现接收信号中超声波的原始激励方向的溯源,进而获取缺陷的相对位置信息。相位编码式水平剪切波电磁声换能器具有拓宽信号的频带范围、增强信号幅值、压缩脉冲宽度以及获取缺陷相对位置信息,适合金属薄板缺陷的无损检测。
