Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于尾波分析的复合材料脱粘检测空耦局部谐振方法,属于无损检测领域。该方法依据局部谐振原理和空耦单侧扫描超声检测系统实现。首先调整传感装置的检测高度,并进行宽频激励;对宽频激下检测信号的尾波进行傅里叶变换,提取不同频率处幅值分析结构表面的振动模式,进而确定损伤位置及其局部谐振频率;在局部谐振频率激励下进行复合材料脱粘损伤的单频扫描检测;对局部谐振频率激励下的检测信号的尾波进行处理,通过分析基频幅值的空间分布进行损伤识别。该方法利用局部谐振原理增强了超声波对微弱损伤的敏感性、降低了对入射声能的需求,利用尾波分析避免了多重反射波对损伤信息提取的干扰,利用空耦阵列高效实现了复合材料脱粘损伤的单侧非接触扫描检测。
