Abstract:

本发明涉及一种提高3D打印成形铜及铜合金激光吸收率的方法。首先配制石墨烯与氧化钇的混合溶液;接着将铜或铜合金粉末加入到混合溶液中进行超声分散,然后进行真空均质得到石墨烯/氧化钇/铜或铜合金混合浆料,将上述混合浆料置于真空干燥箱中干燥;最后3D打印成形以石墨烯/氧化钇为前驱体的铜基复合材料构件。然而,由于铜及其合金具有高激光反射率、低熔体粘度和高导热性,根据激光3D打印技术的特点,加工具有高激光反射率、低熔体粘度和高导热性的金属粉末具有挑战性。本发明通过添加石墨烯和氧化钇结合超声分散和真空均质的方法,成功地提升了3D打印成形铜及铜合金激光吸收率,工序简单、制备时间短、成本低。
