Abstract:

本发明属于化工技术领域,提供一种废加氢催化剂的再利用方法,所述方法包括将废加氢催化剂与二氧化硅、硼酸、二氧化钛、锂源和铝源进行混合、球磨,将所得混合物依次经熔炼、退火、结晶热处理,得到微晶玻璃;所述废加氢催化剂含有铝元素;所述结晶热处理的温度为635‑735℃。本发明通过设计微晶玻璃体系组分和控制处理过程,制备得到了具有低膨胀性能的微晶玻璃,此方法不仅解决了废加氢催化剂污染环境的问题,制备得到的微晶玻璃还具有高的经济价值,与现有处理技术相比,实现了经济效益与环境效益的双赢。
