Abstract:

本发明提供一种第三代镍基单晶高温合金及其成分设计方法和制备方法。包括:确定待设计镍基单晶高温合金的元素种类,从不同元素组成配比的合金中筛选出满足#imgabs0#NV≤1.59的成分;接着筛选出Cr、Re、W和Mo的含量之和m满足13.4%≤m≤14.5%,Co含量n满足3.0%≤n≤3.3%,Re含量v满足5.0%≤v≤6.0%,且Ta/Al为1.3~1.5的成分;再将得到的成分制备成纽扣锭合金,筛选出γ′相平均尺寸最小的镍基单晶高温合金成分。通过本发明的设计方法能够得到具有优异高温蠕变性能的镍基单晶高温合金,其在1100℃,137MPa条件下蠕变寿命可达388h。
