Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于2D分子描述符的PFASs口服急性毒性预测方法和预测模型。本发明基于简单的2D分子描述符,构建了PFASs的急性毒性的定量构效关系(QSAR)模型,并进一步基于理化性质和交叉参照(Read‑Across)相似性的两类描述符,构建了统计学性能更好的定量交叉参照构效关系(q‑RASAR)模型,最后构建了大鼠与小鼠的种间毒性关系(iST)单变量模型,同样表现出很好的预测准确性,填补了PFASs跨物种毒性预测的研究空白。本发明提供的QSAR模型、q‑RASAR模型和iST模型可作为预测未知PFASs对大鼠和小鼠急性毒性的有效工具,对生态环境中PFASs污染的风险评估和监管具有重要意义。
