Abstract:
针对棉织物的抗菌问题,采用溶胶凝胶-低温热处理法在织物上原位生长ZnO纳米薄膜,赋予织物优良的抗菌性能,并利用热重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜和X射线能谱仪等手段对薄膜的成分、形貌和结构进行表征.结果表明:织物表面负载上了均匀连续的ZnO纳米薄膜,负载率约6%,织物表面粗糙度从22.80 nm降至6.81 nm.织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率超过99.99%,对白念珠菌的抗菌率达到96.20%,具有广谱抗菌性.ZnO薄膜在织物表面有良好的附着性,经过250 min振荡洗涤后,薄膜结构仍保持均匀连续.
