Abstract:

This paper makes use of the multiple sub-table cordwood system to conduct a study on the shaking table test of a three-span irregular CFST arch bridge. The test completed uniform excitation case and traveling wave excitation case that contains longitudinal input, transverse input, vertical input, transverse and longitudinal combinatorial input, and transverse and vertical combinatorial input. The seismic response and response characteristics of acceleration, displacement, internal force of suspenders and tie bars, and strain of structure under earthquake excitations were gained, which could provide test data and basis to evaluate the seismic performance of this CFST arch bridge or other similar structural system design.
