Abstract:
To achieve highly integrated elements, the holographic fabrication of multi-channel filter based on photonic band-gaps is approached. A series of band-gaps in visible region can be obtained by recording a multi-periodic structure in a volum hologram. The position and width of the band-pass can be controlled by the wavelength of recording beam, so a multi-channel filtering is easily realized.
