Abstract:

The materials of dry-mixed mortar, has been largely used as the development of energy saving building and environmental protection. So understanding the mixed characteristic and disciplines of this materials, which can instruct production and practice, becomes more and more important. This article indicates the mixing degree of dry-mixed mortar by pyoktanin blue method, researches the mixing effect by drum-type blending machine. And also together with the basic discipline curves, the article analyzes the mixing effect by mixing time, rotation speed, sand of modulus fineness, loading factors, etc. The research shows the degree of mixing changes periodically as mixing time changes. But all of rotation speed., sand modulus fineness and loading factors have extreme points on the curves, the points mean the best mixing effect for the material.
