Abstract:

The paper brought forward a rapid risk analysis method of Highway BOT Project based on using the datum of feasibility reports, which would be helpful for decision-makers and assessment professionals. From the risk of BOT project, the authors discussed the difference between the project assessment and feasibility. Especially, the authors analyzed the difference in cost components, benefit calculation, keeping away risks in details. Based on those analysis, the rapid risk analysis method was put forward so as to solve the problems, such as how to use the conclusions of feasibility reports to judge and guard against risks, how to gain the useful information and data from feasibility reports quickly. In addition, a case was also provided to explain how to use the method. The paper would be expected to be helpful for decision-makers and assessment professionals.
