Queuing　area　plays　an　important　role　in　pedestrian　transportation　system.　Through　the　pedestrian　questionnaires　collected　by　the　authors,　the　relationship　of　pedestrian　subjective　perception　and　the　factors　of　equipment　and　transportation　have　been　analyzed　in　this　paper.　And　the　primary　factors　have　been　determined　by　statistic　method.　A　fuzzy　evaluation　method　of　pedestrian　level　of　service　at　queuing　areas　was　presented.　Finally,　the　testing　of　experimental　system　proves　the　validity　of　this　method.
