Abstract:

To simplity seismic disaster prediction, a method for predicting a city's buildings' seismic disaster was presented in this paper. Typical destroyed buildings were collected as samples from many previous earthquakes. It has been proved that the model is more precise than that of traditional methods, and it is feasible for predicting city buildings' seismic disaster. This method was applied to the prediction of seismic disaster of Xiamen city's buildings, and the result has been analyzed.
