Abstract:
To improve sufficienl of Traffic Impact Analysis and on the basis of the Pile-up Effect of Local Land Development, Traffic Impact Analysis of land development in urban areas is put forward. The aralysis takes essential traffic bottlenecks in or around the study area as constraint conditions and the paper proposes the positioning, technical solutions and, the assessment method of Regional Traffic Impact Analysis (RTIA). This paper also studies the key technique of RTIA, which states how to decide regional land development capacity calculated by surplus road capacity in objective year. Inverse Four-stage Land Feedback Model is also set up which will provide the theoretic base for controlling urban regional land use.
