Abstract:
Biochip plays more and more important roles in medical analysis and test. There is a need to enhance the effectiveness of biochip inspection. As the biochip inspected is based on linear-arrayed electrode, an inspection algorithm was developed. At first, the image was segmented into sub images according to the linear character, and then the sub image was segmented into subpatterns, at last the subpattens were inspected by nonreferential method. Experimental results demonstrated the effectiveness of the algorithm, which could improve the speed and the accuracy of the inspection.
