Abstract：
Experiment traffic engineering brings new idea for the solution to problems of urban traffic systems. Beginning from the analysis of the experiment engineering, the paper established a framework of this theory, explored the method of this theory, and researched the green wave control of Qing Chun road of Huai Rou District of Beijing with this theory. It proved that this theory is better than the traditional method of traffic simulation.
