Abstract:

Global multilayer and parallel process optimization method is proposed based on the existing CAPP and other optimization methods for the global process optimization problem of complex components. The structure of the method is established to carry out global and parallel optimization from process and operation sequence, machine tool, cutting tool, cutting parameters, selection and evolution, comprehensive evaluation and many other aspects. Based on set and matrix, dynamic process genome and chromosome are established to transform complex process optimization to mathematical operation of set and matrix. A comprehensive evaluation model of multi-scheme, multi-factor, multi-target and multi-constraint is built by the method of delamination, weighing, synthesis, abstraction, and normalization. According to the trait of process coding, chromosome optimization operator and dynamic genome optimization operator are designed. The results show that this method has good practical effect, and meets the practical requirements of complex engineering application.
