Abstract：

An　ARM9-based　intelligent　CAN　node　was　designed　with　CANopen-stack.　The　hardware　design　includes　CAN　schematic　diagram　and　CPLD　timing　design　codes.　The　software　includes　designing　CAN　driver　and　transplanting　CANopen-stack　based　on　embedded　Linux.　CAN　node　with　slave　CANopen-stack　implemented　digital　I/O　control　on　BECKHOFF　system.
