To　meet　the　demand　for　sports　facilities　living　community,　of　analysis　of　stadium　development　form　and　characteristics　of　the　foreign　communities.　In　conjunction　with　the　existing　limited　elements　in　china,　Plans　and　strategies　on　site　layouts　and　functions　of　sport　facilities　of　living　community,　are　discnssed　in　this　paper.　That　is　to　establish　an　index　system,　＇an　export-oriented＇　sport　facility,　which　take　advantage　of　roof　space　and　under　ground　spall　as　sporting　facility,　which　local　residents　share　the　local　school＇s　sporting　facility　and　the　school　share　the　local　community＇s　sporting　facility.
