Abstract:
The permitted parameters are theoretically investigated in type I and type II for periodically poled RbTiOAsO4 (PPRTA) crystal based on the quasi-phase matching (QPM) technology. When the type I and type II QPM PPRTA crystals pumped with 1064 nm, the acceptance wavelength bandwidths are 0.25 nm/cm and 0.45 nm/cm, the acceptance temperature bandwidths are 2.30°C/cm and 17.14°C/cm respectively, and the acceptance angular is 3.12°/cm1/2 at room temperature. The numerical simulation results indicated that type II QPM technology is more suitable for second-harmonic-generation (SHG) than type I .
